From the booth "JR" Jack Richards, Roger Stevens, and Jake Louis welcomed everyone to the show as fireworks went off through the arena. The ran down the card and talked about the main event Elimination Chamber match as the camera showed the Chamber hanging in the arena.
"The King of the Ring" William Stevens def GQ following the Fatality to retain the Mainstream Championship.
In the back Karen interviewed Evan Steens about the Elimination Chamber match later tonight. Steens: "Tonight, the ball is in my court. I have to do something with it. Either prove that I belong in the bright lights or I just prove that I'm not meant for the main event."
Highlights of the "World Tag Team Championship Challenge" were shown.
The Jade Boyz (Matt & Kent) def The Phatals (Jax & Donny) following the Wipeout on Jax. During the match N.E.W member Lacy Velvet ran to the ring and distracted Donny and the referee which allowed Kent to hit Jax with a low blow. When the referee turned his attention back to the action Velvet hit Donny with a low blow on the outside. After the match the Lady's Champion Lexi Strider and her brother Lance ran to the ring to help The Phatals plead their case but the ref explained he could do nothing about it. Strider and Velvet then got into an altercation which led the referee to go ahead and start the title match.
Lacy Velvet def Lexi Strider following a DDT to become the new Lady's Champion. Matt Jade caused a distraction to the referee as Kent took out Lance Strider on the opposite side of the ring. Stevens: "So far tonight the N.E.W are 3-0 they are still rolling. What will happen in the Elimination Chamber when there will be no interference but also two members of the N.E.W in the same match?"
Shane McMillan interviewed Kid and Trent Ryan on the Elimination Chamber match. Ryan: "Dominance. That word will describe this night when it's all said and done. Tonight the N.E.W walks away with all the gold." Kid: "Let's go. We have one more championship to win
Cash James was show on screen with his tag team of Razor Steel & Ken Prime. James: "On the next edition of Adrenaline. You will remember the name Cash James. Because Cash James puts his money where his mouth is." James laughed as he and his team walked off.
A vignette was aired. It showed highlights of Mick Foley's Cactus Jack persona in the original ECW days. Then a muscular man that stood 6'7" in the image of Cactus Jack Stood in an alley way close to the ECW Arena. The picture faded out and words came on the screen that read "A new hardcore icon is coming. "The Ripper" Jack Manson"
Mike Hawk def Christopher Axelrod following the Lay-Out Lariat in a no-disqualification match.
Karen interviewed Matt Cain in the back. Cain: "I'm ready. Tonight is the night I leave my name in the PWF history books." Colt Hero then came and interrupted. Hero: "Excuse me, but there's only room for one winner and that's gonna be me." Cain raised his briefcase containing the PWF Championship opportunity and said "well, there's always next Tuesday."
A video package of the past few weeks of the PWF Championship situation and of all six competitors.
Ring announcer Tim Penzer went over the rules for the Elimination Chamber match main event. Penzer: "Now it's time for the Main event of the evening!" The crowd went wild as the lights went off and a spotlight showed the Chamber lowering.
Elimination Chamber match for the PWF Championship:
-PWF Champion Nick Foster and Evan Steens start the match
-5:00- Kid enters the match attacking both Steens and Foster.
-10:00- Colt Hero enters the match.
-14:52- Hero is eliminated after a 450 Splash from Steens which followed a Spear from Foster.
-15:00- Matt Cain enters the match.
-15:32- Kid eliminates Steens following a Guillotine Leg Drop from the top of a pod to the surrounding ringside steel.
-20:00- Trent Ryan enters the match.
-22:23- Matt Cain eliminates Kid following the Downfall.
-27:02- Ryan eliminates Cain following a Swing Bottom Slam
-30:21- Ryan eliminates Foster following a Super Kick to win the match and become the new PWF Champion. Following the match, after the cage was raised, all members of the N.E.W came out with their titles. Richards: "It has happened. Tonight the N.E.W becomes a dynasty. Tonight the New Evolution Wrestlers take home all the gold." Confetti rained down as fireworks went off.
